I completed the Emperors retreat on naboo, earlier before patch, who can i go back and still get the badge now after i completed it long ago??

it says to talk to each person, all over again and i dont get any missions from them because i completed it

In publish #6 all badges will become retroactive, along with a NPC record keeper for each theme park allowing you to have an option to restart the quests. Your only reason to restart the quest would be to gain the new rewards being implemented with the publish.

I hope you all can help me i am really new to this feild and i don't no much about it, so Here is my Question Do any of you know where The best place to loot Locked Containers is?I only get like one a day and it takes forever.I hope you can help me, thanks again

From any low level humanniodes , thats what ive noticed . Jawas are always the best bet . But I would just try and slice other peoples contianers if anything , if your looking for XP .

ok, I started my quest to learn master Image Designer..................
Is 300 XP the best i can do for any change? If so what is the best way to go up the trees? I figured out I need to change somone's eyes a total of 1,439 times to master this. I do not think there is that many people on the server that i play on!
I would love to have some suggestions how to best do this.

When you get to Novice ID you can start doing stat migrates for 2000 xp (I think) Itll go much faster after that!

true but stat migrations take 5 minutes to perform i am told
eye changes take like 48 seconds i believe so it is about equal!

Stat-migrations "only" take 4 minutes and are the best you will get in XP/minute... but you cannot migrate yourself

Statmigration indeed take 4 minutes and are 2000 xp per migration so are best once you reach novice image designer. Before reaching novice image designer, eyechanges are indeed the best.
Try putting yourself in a busy salon once you reached novice image designer and have for example a droid with the name IDinSALONgoing up and down in front of the starport of the city where the salon is located (i shamelessly stole the idea from someone here on the forum 
- many thanks for it by the way) and you'll get lots of people coming in the salon. Always put yourself on searchable and try running around with your novice id tag.

The other thing you could do is get someone you know and like (as you'll be spending lots of time together) and coherse them into being your guineapiggie... and just statmigrate them over and over again. (My guineapiggie got strangely attached to me , even thoughi locked him in a basement at a certain point, to prevent escape and keep the experimentations going... unfortunately he did escape but that's a different story all together
