Thread: Confirmation of XP Caps
- 1.2M in TK
- 1.2M in Pikeman
- 1.2M in Swordsman
- 1.2M in Fencer
- .3M of Combat
Can anyone confirm or deny this? Is the cap 1.2M or 900k for professions that you only have a single line in (i.e. Fencer or Swordsman). Thanks in advance.

I think what you are saying is correct for someone that has no Fencer and noSwordsmanbut the case I am looking for is the following template:
- Teras Kasi Master (1.2M XP cap)
- Master Pikeman (1.2M XP cap)
- Fencer 4000 (1.2M or 900K XP cap??)
- Swordsman 0400 (1.2M or 900K XP cap??)
I am not so concerned about getting any healing because this template's main use is going to be grinding FS which in 95% of the cases I will be doing in a spin group with plenty of healers and possibly someone else actually drawing most of the aggro.

That answered my question more I believe. Sounds like as long as I have one line (a Level IV box in an elite) I can cap at 1.2M for that profession. The only thing that had confused me was that last night I capped at 900K while levelling TK but the only Level IV box I had at that point was the one that takes Combat XP instead of Unarmed XP so that is probably why my cap was still at 900K until I train a Level IV box that uses Unarmed.

In fact now that we are having this discussion I can actually do the following template that will allow me to bring 6.3M Xp to the Village on each trip.
- Teras Kasi Master
- Pikeman 0400
- Swordsman 0400
- Fencer 4000
- Smuggler 0040
And you still have 7 skill points left over to use for something useful (or not).

Oh yes...I forgot to mentioned that my template is 2440 TK/ 0440 Pike. So yes, I the caps were increased because I trained the the branches that used them.

You'll take all the aggro. Plus people in a spin group don't care about healing, just killing. Thus not many heal. I'm a BH/MCM so I always have to heal, but my bacta spray handles that nicely, but generally The only healers are jedi in a spin group.

I'm Master Carbineer, 4444 BH. I cap carbines at 1.2mil, obviously, but so far I cap pistol and rifle at 900K. I doubt the master BH box will change that.
