What type of exp is required to grind up this line? What profession requirements are needed to unlock it? In what phase is this offered?

Highened Senses and Phase 4. I am only sure that you can trade medic xp for it. Dunno what else.

Actually, it's phase 3.

Heightened Senses: Survival 5:1, Trapping 25:1, Scout 8:1, CH 9:1, DNA Sampling 3:1, Politician 3:1, Slicing 3:1, ID 7:1, Dancer/Musician/EH 10:1, Surveying 10:1, Merchant 4:1, Medical 10:1

So in phase three of the village, I can trade in my scouting exp to open up the luck line at an 8:1 ratio?

You can only unlock the luck branch in phase three. You can trade in your scout exp for force senses exp any time.

You'll need novice artisan in order to actually unlock the branch.

I unlocked Luck in Phase 2.

Once it's unlocked, you can be in any phase to trade in XP toward it.

Unless you got a free unlock, you did not unlock luck in phase 2.

Luck quest is only given in phase three.

I use my merchant exp for this, I get a 4-1 ratio for my merchant exp wich caps about every other day, so basically I get 20k FS Senses exp every two days just because I have vendors and people regularly buy from me, no effort required at all on my part... well except for going to aurilia to convert the exp but other then that I don't even have to be logged in to get the experience.
