Just to let you guys that are worried about the Captain Sarguillo probleme know that the Devs will fix this problem FAST.
Here is a reason why.
- The rubberbanding affect, that wasa little problem, very annnoting, but not that bad. They fixed in what? 2-3 days max?
- Phase 4 problem! Big problem! Extremly annoying! Therefore they will fix it faster then the rubberbanding affect.
Just a liitle reminder to let my fellow FS buds sleep better at night

Or looking at it another way...
Rubberbanding was a known problem that had resurfaced.
They probably had a good idea, from seeing it before, of what caused it and how to fix it.
Still took them 2-3 days to fix.
Thisphase 4 problem is a new issue, might take much longer, who can say.
Either way, I hope it will not affect me as I want the Healing unlock, but Infinity are still stuck in phase3 so I can't do that either at the moment.

actually if i remember correctly it was 4 players that isolated the rubberbanding problem and presented it to the devs, if it wasn't for them we may still be rubberbanding.....

Your example: Rubberbanding was fixed within 2 days. OK, cool, no problem.
My examples: Talus rebel base still bugged after 2 years (can't go downstairs). SEA beta skills still dropping. Beam rifle cert issue. Backpack sockets & SEA issue. Pets autostoring. Ranged speed FS tree not working. Armorhole. NPCs you have +5000 faction with agroing you. Pistoleer skills barely functional. Blank SEAs. Random mods on items (crystals with mods, etc.)
Trust me, a lot more things are left broken than "quickly" fixed.

We're talking about FS here, this is a popular thing...not a backpack sockets issue or a broken skill tree... The devs know that people don't mind getting around these sorts of bugs, but they know that FS is a bug that people are not going to let go of, that easy. Plus I bet they rather not fix most of the proffessions now because the CU is coming soon, and what's the point of fixing these things if they're probably going to change anyway.

we are not included for the CU, we are a Non-Combat Profession...only Combat Oriented Proffessions are included. The Devs do not read this board, and i do not think that they will be fixing the problem in the near future

It took more then 3-4 days to fix the rubberbanding, look how many patches it took to fix the entertainer buffs. Every patch said "We fixed the entertainer buff". Problem is when they fix something fast they usually screw something up for someone else. Also if it wasnt for gamers helping them isolate bugs we would still be running to WP's instead of riding speeders or mounts. CSRs are about as usless as a Saarlaacstoolesample.

A funny anecdote about CSR's. I, like many, reported the Phase 4 bug in ticket form. They then told me to get the quest from the village elder. When that CLEARLY didn't work, I sent another ticket and said wth?? and they told me that the documents they had told them that the village elder GAVE the phase 4 quest. Holy crap! The CSR's don't even know how the game works at all?? They should require them to play or something

This has been stealth-fixed actually. At least on Gorath, haven't verified anywhere else.
