First off, if you already know this one please add anything I've missed.
I recommend you have an Elite Melee profession for this and be an Imperial Player (Imp not totally necessary.. see footnote)
Ok.... so what's so good about this method?
Good question
Here's what you get after a 3 hour buff session (If you have a perfect run)
1. 260k FS XP
2.400k credits
3. 12-15k Faction Points
4. Tonnes of Loot (mostly crap)
Sounds good, where do I go?
It's the Reb v Imp base on Corellia.... 4086 -1288
What do I need?
1. Your fastest Melee weapon (can be done with TKM but is slower)
2. Three macros
3. Armor
4. Food (Brandy & Arisha)
5. Buff
Ok got them but what are the macros?
Macro 1... let's call it "Area"
/ui action targetSelf;
/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/melee2hArea2; (Insert your Area Attack)
(repeat above line 10 times)
/pause 3; (play about with pause time to see what works best for you)
/macro Area
Macro 2... let's call it "Loot"
/Loot All;
/pause 1;
/macro Loot
Macro 3... let's call it "Dump" (all this does is turn off all running macros)
/dump
Now that's sorted and your at the base you will see 1 of 2 things. Either the Imps are attacking the Rebs or they're all just standing around scratching their asses.
What you are looking for are 4 Reb Commandos. They spawn just in front of the building. If no one is there just wait and don't attack anything, they will start to spawn. If your lucky they will be there waiting for you and you can start straight away.
While your standing in the middle of them take 2 Brandy and 2 Arisha. Start your Area Attack and Loot macros.
HOLY SH*T .... THAT TURRET IS WASTING ME !!
DON'T PANIC
If the turret is targeting you (which does happen) just turn on your personal light "ctrl L" and walk just inside the door. As soon as you see the light go out your far enough in. Now adjust your "Field of View" setting to maximum so you can still see outside. Having to go to the door will slow you down but you can still take out the Commandos without the Turret hitting you.
Now all you have to do is click on the Commandos as they fall and your Loot macro will do the rest. As soon as you've looted one it will re-spawn continuously.
If your doing it right and the Turret did not target you this is what should be happening.
1. Each Reb Commando is worth 2900xp or 290Combat xp
2. You should be killing and looting all four in 10-15 seconds
3. This will give you approx. 11-12k weapon xp and 1,160 combat xp every 10-15 seconds
4. This should let you cap your weapon xp at about 20 -28 minutes and Combat xp at about 60 - 84 minutes
The above times will vary depending how fast you are able to kill and loot the Commandos.
What I do is stay there until I've capped my Combat xp and then go to the village. I've done this twice in one three hour buff session.
Are there any downsides to this?
Yes
1. Constantly deleting the crappy loot that no one wants (Dev's)
2. A sore "clicking" finger
3. Sorry .... Only one player at a time can do this (If someone is already there just ask them to send you a tell when done and leave)
FOR ALL YOU REBELS
All of the above will still work for you.... you just need to find the spawn points of the Stormies. (Someone who does this as a Reb can help here)
If I missed anything....sorry it's late

This is the exact same grind methodI use, and I'm a Rebel. I don't have the exact waypoints, but you can easily find where the storm troopers spawn by watching where they walk from to the Rebel base.

never even knew about that... hrmm that 12-15k fp per buff session is kinda nice too, since I'm not a master pilot yet, hehe

Don't forget that since you're teffed, opposing faction members can come along and kill you.

and they usually do... I tried this method for just gaining FP and would get whole squads jumping me every hour or so.. It is great for a little while, but the rebels on starsider are just asshats.

Well I gotta say I'm imperial and I have more problems with imperials there than rebels... the rebels attack stormies and I have no problem with that, now if they attack me they'll be killed (I'm a good pvper), but when some imp comes there and stands on top of me killing everything and I can't do anything...We could make a deal at least.. 2 for me 2 for them... but no, they just kill and don't look on other players...

Just a note on the TEF.
You will get a temporary TEF but only a DECLARED opposing faction can target you.
If you're an IMP and a Reb is there don't worry unless they are OVERT.
