People that currently have the problem with the Phase 4 Melee Defense/Ranged Speed,

send a ticket to the CSR, using ur holocron, customer service, create ticket.

Send the ticket in with the following questions answered in detail.

This might speed up the process of getting a fix...

1) Station Name
2) What quest are you trying to take and from what NPC?
3) What the NPC is telling you, exactly when you try?
4) What quest did you take last phase and from what NPC?
5) Were you in Phase 4 last time?
6) If you were in Phase 4 last time, what quest/npc did you do?
