becasue of teh changes to the doctor/combat medicprofession you do not get crafting bonus's and you CAN NOT CRAFT THE MEDICINES it is impossible, only master Bio-Engeneer's can do it.

i might add i used the best resources to craft the medicines and i only got to the 30% range no where near the 90 percent.

Bump becasue this is a REAL BUG that no one can bypass with out mastering Bioengeneer for them selfs, expically when im on Lowca, and there are no BE's doing the quest to make the medicine

Isn't it supposed to be 0004 BE? It's too bad I cancelled my Doc account on Radiant, I had 5 schematics for the meds, enough for the upper end problems.

Ok I started it before I read the furoms, I can get them to where they have 4 things left but cant do better than that, I am a master medic. When u talk to her thats all she says u need. So now what?

I can confirm that you need 1) Master Medic 2) BE 0-0-0-4 to complete this quest. Bring metal and flora resources, some best oq/pe, some worst. I also had a flora with me with the stats oq 950 pe 200 or so, and it was very convenient as it got low or none of the residual effects, which can be annoying when the patient gets new illnesses from your meds all the time

When I did the quest a guy came and asked me "where do i get flora resources"? 
As this quest is a lot about crafting, I recommend to ppl who respeced to make it, to read up on crafting, experimentation, how different resources work (and where to get them).

but the thing is, they make it so AFTER the CU you have to be a BE, before the CU, you could have done it with master Doctor or Master Combat medic...

OK sorry to the orginal poster, but its not a bug, this is intended. Crafting was for medic professions changed. You need to be 0004 BE to do crafting now. If you do not have 0004 BE then you won't be successful in making the meds - sorry, all intended and not a bug. And majority of the people already knew this anyways.

Well, its pretty much common sense that you need to have bio engineersince you had to be 0-0-0-4 doc to craft the stuff and since the CU hit docs cant craft anything. And it did say that bio engineers do all the medicine crafting too in the patch notes.

great so now i have to change my template to craft the fking medicines..... awsome... that just seems a little UNFAIR doenst it seem, shouldnt it be ALL medic profesion should be able to finish the quest??

This was stated back in CU that BE are the crafters for medicine now. It was already expected for this quest, that you would need BE 0004, well before the Phase came in. Sorry. I don't see how it is unfair at all, to be honest.

Cana BE make them for you, or do you have to craft themyourself?
