I'm more of a Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ray Charles,Hank Williams Senior..., not too loud, not too fast with a fresh bottle of J&B, couple ice cubes and a wedge of lemon...but that's the jedi grind, when i did the village grind I listened to faster music and drank rum and coke...

My favorite music to grind with is Floggin' Molly.
And maybe some Johnny Cash.
Then mix it up with some 80's and early 90's rock.
