Force Sensitive Archive

this was really weird. just outside coronet, an npc named "a Force Wielder" told me "Congratuations on completing your force sensitive quests. You now qualify for: Jedi Padawan. You will recieve your FS slot." I don't see any option to take up jedi padawan (i'm just force sensitive) so it's pretty odd.here is a screenshot

i am on sunrunner. i have not completed the village, only have 1 full tree. i have yet to visit a shrine, should I? Is this the correct NPC that visits you when you complete the force sensitive quests?
