I know all jedi pre cu and more will flame this, but I do agree. This was just so easy. All you have to do for your content badges is finish the starter quest the ones that INCLUDE the mayor of mos eisley. that's 4/5 of the needed badges. the l5th one is the nym's short cut. just get the 2 items and drag them onto nym.

All that's left is the poi badges. no I agree that is really messed up.

Not sure why anyone would flame this.It's a fact.You shouldn't have said Pre-Cu Jedi though because this doesn't apply to them so to speak.Pre-Cu Jedi still did the village & glowly as well.You should have said Pre-Pub 9 Jedi

who cares?


Getting the glow doesn't unlock anything, just the ability to start the FS.


Not much of a reward. It's 18+weeks of grinding.

IM not trying to Flame you but I am going to give you some # to chew on...It takes 720,000,000 FS to unlock your jedi most of the current rate for FS is 1 to 30 ratio unless you wanna craft something or be a CH so at a 1 to 30 ratio it takes 21,600,000,000 points of EXP to get your jedi and then you still have to grind him out...i was lucky because i did all of my holos and got 4 free unlocks I would much rather to it the old way with grind out new prof than to do it this way...wouldn't you?

You don't even have do do Nyms, just get the badge location for Steaming Maw of "Adi's Rest" (near the place where you have to get the 2 items for nyms quest), and possibly the badge for the imp base (on Lok), as I died and cloned there, then I was glowy before getting Nyms badge!


Did that method on my Jedis alt, who is a Master Shipwright/Master Tailor/Master DE and CL 1, only help I got was being grouped with a CL 80 friend (who didn't come travelling with me to help, just got the extra group defense bonus)

You're out of time, SOE The whole 2.5 months shouldn't have been. The game was fine up until Nov 15th. If the CU was worked on, instead of devoting time to the NGE (including the many months prior to November), the game could possibly be totally bug free by now.

My account cancels on 2nd Feb, which was a waste as only played game for 1 day to get the life day gifts, will be resubbing when creature handler, Bio-engineer, scout, and ranger return, oh and the FS village.

You might get glowy in one day, but you are limited by the phase changes - the village will take everybody at least 15 weeks.
On top of that, you need about 200 million regular weapons xp to complete the village (and weapons xp is the fastest type of xp for the village), and then what equals about 180 million regular weapons xp until you have a full template.
Jedi might be doable in 18 to 20 weeks total, but any regular combat template is doable in 1 to 2 days - excluding BH investigation.

The devs need to make it so you cannot receive help during the sith attack. That would force the noobs to level up first.

LOL BH is doable in 1 to 2 days, slice bases for 1k xp a time
