Thanks everyone who read over this post over the time that i had taken it over while the phases were switching, trying to keep it up to date, and keeping a full FAQ so that the same question didn't get asked over and over and over again.
This thread is now a historical thread... and i would like to keep how the last of it went... Thanks to all that supported this thread... See ya in game...

My belief is that the servers in groups 1 to 4 will switch to phase 4 as estimated as before.

**There will be no more further phase changes after November 15th due to the NGE going Live on that date.
These are the dates that ibelieve may change tothe next Phase for the servers listed above. Other things could cause it to shift early or later depending on what has happened (crashes, downtime, maintenance)...This date is derived from the last phase change date plus 21 and the next set day when the normal schedule reset happens (Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday).
Note that these dates are just guesses and may or may not hold true. Unscheduled resets will change things.

This format is based on SSSnuggles' post which was a very very informative post about the phase changes. So a big thank you to SSSnuggles for keeping the phase changes up to date!
I was also given permission from Baciacca to create a new phase post!

2005/07/12 - Added Group #'s, fixed incorrect dates, and updated thread to show July 14th as expected Phase 3 Date.
2005/07/13 - Group 2 (farstar) didn't switch on the 13th... Crossed out as well...

F.A.Q. about the Village Phase Changes
Please read all the questions and answers before posting any new posts otherwise you may be subjected to users telling you to read all the questions and answers in this STICKIED post!
Q) How many Phases are there?

A small note on how the shift occurs, according to JustG: "A bit more info... the cycles are based on a specific number of seconds (1814400 to be precise) that is ticked off by system uptime. The server resets the day after the cycle has ticked off. Again, the value can change based on village load. And the uptime can be affected by unexpected downtime (like maintenance, etc.) So it really is approximately 3 weeks."
If you're about to write something along the lines of "this is crap why hasn't X shifted yet" or "OMFG Why is X taking forever" please shut down your computer immediately and stop bothering the rest of us who understand what a timer is, you don't complain to your watch do you?

A) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Other days are possible, but unlikely... These are the given expected daily maintenance days as per the Devs.

Q) When you say on XXX date the phase should change, at what time do you mean? 12AM PST, 4PM PST, 11:59PM PST?
A) The only way for the phases to change is when the server goes down. That is generally around 4AM PST (as i'm told.. i've never been on myself for a server reset)... There are times in a day when maintenance can happen in the middle of the day, but is rare... Generally expect a downtime at around 4AM PST and no other time.Servers are down for between 60-90 minutes, unless it is a patch day, then it could be down longer. [Thanks NiobeAmnes]
Addendum: European servers seem to do their shutdown at adifferent time. I don't know the time of the switches, but once i know i will post it here. Of course, it is ALWAYS an approximate time.

A) First off, the phase changes are MY estimates... do you know what an estimate is? That means that might change that day, it might not... Please refer to question 2... Also, that is not my problem! I am in NO way associated with SOE and i made this thread to help YOU with this, out of my OWN time...
I have no affiliation with SOE, don't complain to me that your server hasn't changed, I really can't do anything about it. In fact, I'd prefer if you didn't complain on this thread at all, there's a timer, it's that simple. This thread is simply to keep everyone informed on when phase switches happen, not to hear you complain about it.

No problem... I think the most time it took to do this was to go over the old post, and read each post to see when confirmed phase changes has happened...
Also, having to calculate the next phase change was the next thought... we know that 3 weeks is the 12th, but its likely the phase change will happen on the thursday (or wednesday... depending on downtime).

Although, in the original post, no one posted whether or not Infinity even changed (i checked each post to make sure).. i just assumed that it changed the same as with every other server for that same day...

I guess I will just keep unlocking. I have 7 unlocks but I am too lazy too lazy to grind the xp needed to fill up all the trees I need to exit the village....
