IT WAS A 4 HOUR DOWN TIME AND FOR WHAT I NOTICE NO PATCHES WHAT THE HECK THEY SHIFT OTHER SEVERS AND NOT THE ONE I AM IN

Dude i think only europe servers not sure are on phase 3, your not the only one in the same boat

Besides the devs dont log on and shift the phases when they feel like it. They coded in a timer, so our servers timers are not down to 0 yet, hence no phase shift.

They're not stalling anything. There is an exact counter that is started the second a phase shifts on server reboot. When this timer reaches 0 (only counts down during up-time), then it shifts the next reboot. Simple. Your server hasn't reach 0.

quite a few servers crashed about a week or two ago.... Therefore that unexpected downtime caused this... not to mention if the resets take longer than expected... heck, even if the timer is at 1 when it resets, we will have to wait until next reboot... all but 3 servers have to wait man... I am kinda upset myself as I just need to do the Ranged Defense quest and I unlock my jedi (and I have heard this quest has to be done over 3 days, so instead of unlocking saturday, I willnow unlock Monday...). There isn't anything anyone can do since it is just a condition of the code that didn't come to pass.

My server is phase 3 
Seriously though, the guy ^ is right, you have an exact number of seconds you're server must be up for, when that counter hits 0 then the phase changes at next reset.

Patience my friend, I was once like you. My char is now 460 days old and I just completed the 12 FS boxes that were required after grinding 22 professions. It will come in due time if you really want it.

yeah im in the same boat as you mate im on my last tree myself, and having to do the ranged def thing to be finished

lol killing sith thugs after the CURB should be interesting to say the least. glad i don't have to do that anymore
