I am still a little confused about the phases.
I am doing the missions where you have to go pickup the supplies in endor for the guy in the village atm. is he the person for the quests during this phase? like does everyone have to do his quests and then on the next phase you do quests for a different person for that phase in the village?

no. there are 4 different quests in each phase. each of these 4 quests is usually given by different people (apart from the odd phase when one person gives 2). the quest you are currently doing is the vehicle control quest and will give you the ability to train in the vehicle control branch once you have nough xp. you, and each person who visits the village, may pick whichever quest they want to do in this phase (out of the 4 available) and may do quests for the same person as many times as they want
hope this helps. let me know if you want to know anything else

so once I finish the quest for the vehicular control that is what i obtain from him? Focus crystal, +2000 health for 2hrs, once every 3 days
and what is the Quarter Master next to that? what does that mean?
sorry for all the questions, I am just really in need to understand all of this to the fullest

people dont do the same quest again, because you are not allowed to. i was simply saying that you can do different quests for the same person. the current quests you can do for this phase are vehicle control, melee speed, survey and technique. however, by the sounds of it, you have already started the vehicle control quest which means you are stuck with this one. you are only allowed to do one quest per phase

Also you only have to train up in 6 full branches, but people like to go thru and get the rewards for the others they dont need.
What I want to know is if I train up a crafting line, once I get my six lines full can I train up another line of combat and then surrender the crafting line?

yeah, you can do that. as long as you have at least 6 branches of fs skills you can carry on. therefore, you must train in the 7th branch before dropping your crafting branch

You said you can only train up once? If I train Melee Accuracy and then drop it, just so I can do more quests and get more rewards will I not be able to train Melee Accuracy again? Or will I just not get the reward again. I can live without the reward, but I'd like to switch around a bit as needed.

once you unlock the branch, it is unlocked for good. so if you drop melee accuracy, all you need to do to get it back is have the xp, you do not need to do the quest again.
also, i'm not sure you understand it fully. you do not need to drop your fs skills to unlock other branches. you could be a fully fledged jedi master and you could still come back and unlock more fs branches. doing the quest simply unlocks the branch and gives you the option to train in it. so dont go dropping your completed branches just to get rewards
