It has been a week and no reply to my ticket under mission:rewards. If I file it under I'm stuck it gets responded to as being filed incorrectly. Does anyone know any tricks to get a CSR to actually help you or how to send a tell to one?

I know what you're talking about i'm having the exact same problem and we aren't the only ones. A buddy of mine has had a ticket in for 3 months and still no response and he's tried redoing it and it won't let him says he already has an open ticket.

I can't believe that I am responding to this...
1st file your ticket under missions, then there is a sub catagory box that I believe has a rewards option, choose that and then fill out your ticket from there.
2nd you can only have one ticket out at a time, so to send another ticket you have to go look at your current open tickets and delete it.

lol.. "am i the only one?"
no you are one of like thousands... that is why you have not been helped yet because they are having to help everyone else, you will eventually be dealt with when your time comes...

When you log in to play SWG...before you click "play"...below that isa "chat" button.
Go in that chat and join the "general chat" and ask the CSR in there.

did all that and I asked if any of them could personally see if my ticket was lost......but they can only assist on issues involving being stuck

Gay in the dictionary means merry/bright/etc as well. When used in that kind of sentence, only one makes senses. To say something is gay is using sarcasm, as in
The homework we have is so gay.
would equal
The homework we have is so great. sarcasm
The homework we have is so homosexual. no sense.

I fail to see how their loosing his ticket constitutes homosexuality...

I've filed on this, too, without luck. Although I get the message in spatial that the ticket was opened (and the number for it), when I go to check my current open tickets it says I have none. That normal?
