As an Ex-Master Rifleman I could grind out 900k worth of XP in 45 mins to an hour, but those days are gone.Latlely my Jedi grind has been less than steller, I feel like I should be grinding out more XP than I have been. I'm not asking what I should grind but rather general grinding tips to make the most out of my buff sessions.

Dont grind, go at a pace that doesnt blow you out after a couple of nights... Unless you have lots of beer like the above person states, then knock yourself out.
The way i look at is this, jedi is basically the end game for most people (most not all), the faster you do it the faster you get bored of the game and quit. Enjoy it as you go along and take your time, you've ground like a mad man to get to it so why grind like a madman now?
Just my insight..
P.S Talus - Mutated Kamurra's, do em till 0.0.3.0 or w/e, 622 xp a pop and talus is void of people. -9/-8 FC crystal helps alot too.

What are your skills atm?
When you get 0/0/4/4 LS with channel force, all the novice boxes, and some healing, I would hit up the rancor valley. If the guys there are too strong, then use med city buffs and +dodge food (can't think of the name) and you should be fine.

i started with mutated kahmurras on talus, but (1) they inimidate, which reduces damage significantly, and, more importantly,(2) there are a LOT of npcs on talus and they tend to spawn right next to, or even on top of, creature mission lairs. i gained more visibility there than i did on dantooine, doing regular quenkers. sure, dantooine has more people, but mokks/jantas are far less numerous than binayre pirates, aakuans, and fed-dub agents. crazed gurrecks on endor also work pretty well; i think the gurrecks give 670-something and the quenkers 570-something.
when i was at your level (0030 ls, all novice boxes), i could get about 250k per buff set off of quenkers or crazed gurrecks. that said, i think i'm slower than normal.
good luck. may the force be with you.

Beer is always good! Preferably a good ale or stout.
I'd suggest starting with Pearls. You should have have somethink +40 or better with preferably -6 fc or better. These things are essential in the grind.
When pulling the missions try to see if you can get both in the same location. If they are 200-300m away from each other you can usually double up on them. First thing you should be doing is tappin the lair before even attacking your mobs. This will keep them spawning while you're wasting them. You can chew the lair down to half way although beyond that you start loosing time. [not much although when you're trying to speed things up it all counts] Once you've wasted one lair down to half and it's spawned a few extra mobs head on over to the other lair while leaving the damaged one behind. Repeat this process on th 2nd lair. When you head back to the first one there's a goo chacne it's either reset it's health and spawns or it gives a failed mission statement. If it resets, your in luck.
I'm at saber 0/0/1/0 with all novices and have been grinding on Perleks, snakes and kusaks on Lok andgetting around 60k-90k per buff set. Almost everytihng will DB you if there's a chance and the perleks have a passion for using intimidate on you.
Being that my guild is on Lok it allows for an easy break to asist guildies if hte need arises. Having your guild close is also a plus if there's any harrasment from a BH.
As for visibiilty, the rule I'm living by is stay on my bike and do not equip or uneqip my gear unless I'm able to confirm there's NO PCs or NPCs withn my radar. You dont have to worry about getting visibility if your saber and robes are equipped unless you're using force or have the saber active. You can even go through Coronet with them equiped and you will not get visibiilty. Although, be carefull...
Oh, and make sure you have plenty of beer nearby and an occasional puff will alleviate your shot nerves.
