Did any Jedi pick up the vehicular control tree? If so, how well does it work out for you?

I picked it up and it does save some time. Someone was ahead of me on the way to the Geo cave. I slowly gained on him and passed him in less than a minute. By the time I got to the cave he was off my radar. I'd say it shaves a good minute off of long trips to the Village or the Cave. I haven't done the race tracks yet, but I'm guessing you'll have a lot easier time getting those badges with it. You'll only be competing against other FSs with vehicular control.

ive got the skill and noticed

- faster acceleration

- faster breaking

- better turning rates

but no higher speed.

So it helps on planets like Endor, Yavin andDathomir where the Trees tend to pop up a few meters in Front - but not on Planets like Tatooine with mostly plain areas.

It does work... and alot of people seem to be ignoring one fact.

A-wings and Tie Fighters are vehicles too.

I based my choice for that skill on that alone.

No one has said it will work with them as of yet, but I felt it was a safe assumption.

Devs already said it won't work for spaceships somewhere. We will have no advantages in space it is looking like so far.

Yes it works, but like all FS skills the effects are marginal at best. However, Force Vehicular control is noticeable. You turning circle is MUCH tighter, and your accelation and breaking are MUCH more rapid. As for speed, not sure. I "raced" some anonymous other to the Village on Dath and beat him to it hands down, but he may have got hung on a tree.

I am so sick of you people who keep saying , THE DEVS SAID THERE WILL BE NO BONUSES FOR JEDI IN SPACE, yeah that is what they said, but if you have FS skills that DOESNT MAKE U A JEDI, it make u FS, When they were talking about bonuses they meant powers, and everyone has a chance to learn vehicle control. The ships will differ in design and mods, weapons, and pilot skill ofcourse its twitch base but so is driving a vehicle now, and u have better agilty with these added skills. So stop talking to people like there idiots when u have no idea of what u are talking about , no one will know for sure until beta is over.

I am sorry for the misdirected anger, I have been a jedi for months and I am at my limit with people who have no clue on how jedi works, but yet cries NERF<NERF<NERF.

Yes it does but its very subtle. Best way to see the change is by training the whole line in one go with banked xp. Turns are tighter and acceleration is far quicker. Makes the village drive quicker ironically!
