i reccomend training all the novice force boxes if you guys have the points because u can untrain em when u need the points plus 2500 force is much better than the base

I think he means EXPERIENCE points. They're only 20k exp. Don't burn conversion skill points on them, they're 8 points each.

Yes novice boxes give 200 force for only 20k jedi xp

I grinded an extra 60k jedi xp to train 3 extra novice boxes after conversion

yeah i should have said that dont use ur conversion points on em but just get the 80k xp would probly not take more than 1 hour with polearm dervish

Do I have to do quests to unlock the novice boxes in one of the four FS trees?
Or will they be unlocked as soon as I get a branch unlocked?

The quests only unlock the branches. You still need to get the required FS XP to train the novice boxes.

.. u dont need 2 learn all 4 novice boxes... you dont unlock then .... you only unlock branches ... you only need 2 learn the novice boxes for the trees your going 2 learn..... for the trees which you are leanring branches in( .e.g. u need 2 learn novice enhanced reflexes fr the branch melee defence...... but u dont have 2 learn enhanced scences........)(e.g. you dont need 2 learn anything nto even the melee boxes for enhances sences if all the brances you are goign 2 learn are in combat prowess and enhanced reflexes)~

I hear that lots of people are getting of the Novice Boxes, but dont understand why? The only reason i can come up with is because you get more Force Points. So can someone give me other reasons for getting them?

Thats the exact reason, cheap skills, lots of extra force (at that level) and the extra boost to your value is only a burden if you plan on being on the terminals alot.
