Thread: Bane's Heart?

I know some have still managed to defeat N-K Necrosis since the patch bumping him up to level 92...


However, has anyone been able to loot the special color cyrstal, Bane's Heart, from him since that patch?


I've heard that many aren't looting it anymore and I'm curious if anyone has...

Completed it one time before the patch and didnt recieve the crystal. Have tried it3 times since then and it has been total ownage on his part. Have tried it various way lol and its tuff, cant seem to do hardly any damage on him. He wiped out 2 mdefenders and we hardly touched him.

I had a full group last night with 4 jedi (two MDs) and 3 elites....we looted the crystal....so it you're wondering if its bugged SonG, its not.

I don't know of anyone on Valcyn that has looted one yet. A buddy and myself got to him yesterday morning. He made minsemeat of both of us in rather quick fashion. Niether of us were expecting him so soon either though. When we do kill him in the next few days, I'll let you know what I loot if anything.

As you can see from the blade colour i have the crystal those pics were taken on the next attempt (trying to get crystals for all) at him.


Heres a hint to the none defender jedi and even the defender jedi who arnt tanking saber throw is your friend lol

not directly related to this thread, but i think the level of necrosis should be lowered in 84-86 range


at level 92 it hit so hard that i doubt that any non MDefender can tank it

me (master defender) an a friend (master lightsaber) took out necrosis and his guards 5+ times during the patch and only recieved the arm/ his knuckler and his ship, we havent yet looted the crystal


(for ppl who are wondering how have you done it 5 times lol) buff crystals, foods and alot of running around like a fool, he is very hard but not impossible to defeat

Yes. Our group has done it5 times and we have got one baines heart. This happened after patch when it was lvl 92. Couple people actuallly wrote tickets since they thought it dropped every spawn.
