Thread: How to tell if your server has switched from Phase 4 to Phase 1...

Yes.. i did post it.. it was in the "Which phase is your server in" thread... but it's been pushed back with all the new messages with which phase they are in..
One thing i should add, is (and this may work about 90% of the time).
As we know... Valcyn and Bria switched at the same time (and farstar too)... Based on the timetable of the switch to phase 4, we know that these 3 switched at the same time.

Phase 4:Fri,May 6th:Valcyn
Phase 4:Sat,May 7th:Bria, FarStar
Phase 4:Mon,May 9th:Sunrunner
Phase 4:Tue,May 10th:Ahazi, Chilastra, Infinity, Lowca, Naritus, Radiant
Phase 4:Wed,May 11th:Bloodfin, Corbantis, Eclipse, Flurry, Gorath, Intrepid, Kettemoor, Scylla, Shadowfire, Starsider, Tarquinas, Wanderhome
Phase 4:Thu,May 12th:Kauri
Phase 4:Tue,May 17th:Chimaera
So basically, if your server is ahazi, and you see a message that says that Lowca had switched.. 95% chance your has too... the other 5% is due to down time problems (like with Chimaera)...
As there has been a lot of downtimes with the servers, each situation is different...
I hope this helps out and can answer questions for everyone...
If your server didn't switch with the rest in the same group, don't blame me!! Likely the problem has fallen into the 5%!

I will continue to bump this up until all servers has switched...
I hope this info has helped a lot of confusing questions about phase switching...

This is the easiest way to tell if your server has switched to Phase 1...
Log in... If you get the following system message (wording is not exact, but pretty much the same idea).
"You have failed in your mission against the Sith Pirates"
"You have failed in your mission against the Sith Outlaws"
This will mean your server has switched to phase 1... This only happens with toons who are Force Sensitive...
Don't confuse this with the mission you had to kill the 50 outlaws, and 25 pirates... That mission is strictly a mission that has to do with the village itself in Phase 4 only...
You will ALWAYS fail the defending of the sith...
Why? Because that's how the village phases work... you never win against the sith. That is the storyline with the village.
So when you get the system message, that is part of the storyline... That is your indication that the phase has switched to phase 1....
Now, if only there was another easy indication of when a phase switches from 1->2->3->4.
Hope this helps those that aren't sure about the switch between 4 and 1...

Thanks for the info on that. =) I thought I seen you post this somewhere else, or someone else did. But it is a good way of telling, if you don't wanna drive to the Village to find out. =)

There are reports that phase 4 is still around.. and probably will be until chimaera switches...

Sooo...how the hell am I supposed to do phase 1 missions if I am only given a day or two to do the missions? Does that mean I have to wait 3 months for it to cycle back to phase 1 in case I missed the missions? Laim...

Basically Yes...
Each phase lasts 3 weeks... but most missions take a few hours to do.. sometimes it's spread over 3 days...
Considering it has been like this since Sept 04...
And why are you asking this here? This info is in the FAQ about how long a phase lasts, etc...
