took me two days (can take longer). I guess you will be waiting around that time.
shuttling about can help. I was at the squill cave bonking squills when he turned up.

also what is it like when he visits and the sith attack...does it give u a warning message or what?

Think they drop a datapad with a wp to the village on dath.
Don't be too excited, it takes 6 months to unlock the 6 branches you need. That and with the CU it'll be 10x harder to grind FSXP.

he visits and gives you a crystal.
then you wait again unfortunately... just go about your business.
I think 3 sith attacked me the next day outside my own house. easy to kill, no warning you justs
see 3 red dots pegging it towards you.
loot the datadisk from them and the rest is gravy.
Apart from the Melee accuracy quest

With CU coming and sony making you wait longer just coz they take down the server...
I have my last four to hand in and I need to finish the range def today so I can hand in my points.. the the old man comes....

it doesnt take 6 months to unlock 6 branches.. its one phase approx every 3 weeksfor 6 phases which is 18 weeks, should take about 4-4.5 months tops depending on if the phases are done one after another

Grats on glowy.
My Time line was Glowy day1 7:30 PM. Old man Day 2 7:45 PM . got stuck in a building (dont talk to him if he's running near ANYTHING), Day 2 next morning 8 AM ish i log in there he is.later that night Day2 around 9PM sith spawn in rebel outpost when i land. Base NPCtook 1 guy I took 1 guy. no datapad. took shuttle to my house, 3 sith popped right away. So all in all took about 50 hours til i could go to village, get my free unlock and stare jaw agape at the amount of xp it's gonna take to fill the other 5 lines.
Not the easiest phase to start in though. still better than next phase though.
And happy grinding. No sleep for you!
ps BUY c12'S NOW... no need to wait hehe

ok so what are c12's and what do they do and also...u get a free unlock...what does this mean?
