FS grinders -should- be rewarded.
You know what sucks, is all that force sensitive xp down the drain. Didn't get squawt for it. Oh? wait is that? could it be? I get to be jedi without setting another foot in the grinding zone?
Well all be. That's your reward sonny boy! You don't get jack, except knowing all your effort was rewarded when you realized that you don't have to grind anymore! I have 4 milllion fs xp stored and ready. I have about another month of grinding and I will be done /w 6 boxes unlocked and working on getting two more. (two of my unlocks didn't really want, I'm kicking myself now.)
Thefew questions I ask. Where is all that stored FS XP going to? Can I use it toward any jedi xp at all? What is going to happen to the force sensitive boxes I have put xp into and bought with. for example my my melee defense tree that is on the 3rd box. Will I be compensated because that will be going as well?
Will I be eligible for the Elder jedi rewards later on when i become a jedi full template? Is this the only compensation they are going to give people who have tirelessly spent many uncounted hours grinding toward a profession without benefiting from the rewards?
I realize this is a Elder reward specifically for jedi only players.From thepeople that started getting badges to the players about to face off against the sith boss Malechae, but were unable to unlock the jedi profession in time, will they be left in the dust? Will they be forgotten as the loop hole in the creators of this mmorpg? the only customers they couldn't help?
Will they also let those few players leave the game knowing they are only a fraction of the amount?
I hope they do realize that someone will one day be so angry about something they paid for (not talking about those who get to play this for free.) that they will sue SOE or whomever responsible for their discomfort. Now, 14.95 may not be much per month, nor per year that doesn't seem like much. But a person that has a game experienced screwed for them should not be ignored. And should be compensated.
Having said that SOE would agree with me to only give such compensation for those who deserver it. Not for those looking to get a free meal so to speak out of it. Being a customer myself and understand what goes on in a big company when big changes happen (me being an employee ofa business where this happens alot) will see this through until I have full knowledge of what changes will take place before making a drastic decision such as cancelling my account with SWG. May the Force be with us.

Don't tell me you didnt enjoy grinding thost 30 professions? Because thats a hell of alot less repeditive work than grinding at the same stone for 6 months straight. Sure it took you longer. But just think, you got all that time to enjoy all the other professions in the game. That noob jedi you see before you, is probably less happy with his jedi because the path to it was more boring than anything you ever did.
