Thread: Want confirmation if the old man comes after FSxp Completion!

The thing is, I am close and I can make it in time to unlock. But all this talk going around that the Old man doesn't come anymore.
Does he come after FS xp is completed to start you on your padawan trials? Or can I just sit down and wait in the CU2? No point in stressing with the xp if I don't know that I will be able to unlock or not.
A confirmation of this would be nice. Otherwise I'll go do something else.

He has come for those needing the second visit to enter Padawan trials. However, with the new update announced, they may stop the old man's visits. I would say keep working towards Jedi if you are close. I have a toon who is 300k sense's XP away [and the 72 hour wait]. We shall see.

no official response yet, but they haven't changed anything yet. They DID say you have to have the unlock done before the NGE goes live (which infers that it is still possible). If you are close, add your name to my grind list thread to help find people in your same boat faster.

i know of someone that did melachae yesterday, so i think it still is operating. question is will the phases change?

Great question. I am going to assume yes, since Tiggs said we have until the NGE goes LIVE to become Jedi. I understand why they turned off the initial visit of the old man, as new FS'ers would have enough time to grind out the XP, but i just hope they'll let those that are close at least play "normally" until the new changes. Its kinda exciting to grind against the clock..
Hopefully we can get some more in depth information soon. Maybe Monday?

Sorry to ask, but is it a 72 hour (or shorter) wait for the second visit from the old man? Or, can you get a visit ASAP after you train your six branches?

Old man still comes.... Mel still happens just completed it right now! doing teh paddy trials as we speak!

I have just recieved my second visit from the old man. 20hrs after filling my 6th tier four FS box. But yes to answer your question it can take up to 2-4 days (some peeps have had longer too) for the second visit. Hope you get there soon

Just filled my 6 branches half an hour ago so i am now waiting. I will update if anything happens.
