That's right! They fixed the unlocking issue for the phase 4 combat quest. I was afk and left my afk message telling the CSR that he had my permission to unlock while I was away. Sure enough, I got home and the ticket was closed and said he had unlocked it for me.

Thanks CSR-SamuelD. Very happy.. Also, I followed the guideline of sending in the ticket saying I'm Stuck > Performing an Action. I suggest anyone else that needs help to follow this. Good luck, and it took me about 5 hours to get the response.

I suggest that anyone who cant even accept the quest off the captain sarguillo to quit now.

The CSRs are only going to use there workaround fix to the people who have the completed quest in there quest journal as proof they deserve an unlock.

If anyone wants to prove me wrong that a CSR has unlock a branch for them and they was one of the people who couldnt even accept the quest off captain sarguillo to kill the siths, i would gladly be your slave

Yah, I'm not sure how those people are going to be handled. But it seems that is the rarest bug of the two. While I sat and waited at the Village for the past couple days, I never saw anyone who couldnt get the quest but there were dozens of people who couldn't unlock.

and that is the exact reason why the devs didnt make a fix last phase 4 because not that MANY couldnt accept the quest, the CSRs could fix most of the problems last phase 4, and i fear the same thing will happen this time the devs will brush off the fix until the end of phase 4 and think well it aint worth it now or something.

My temper is so high now anyone who ticks me off in real life i dont know what id do

It was fixed for me and I was one of the ones that couldn't even get the mission.

Seriously a CSR unlocked your branch and you couldnt accept the quest from the captain sarguillo due to the fact he said you was too busy?

You had no quest in your journal at all?

Interesting ill add this on my ticket as a comment.

For some reason (bug) I had the last Phase 3 quest In my journal as both completed and not completed. I think this was the reason for me not being able to accept the mission from Sarguillo. The csr gave me credit for this phase quest and I trained it. (ranged speed) I also went and spoke with the Capt. and wasnow able to accept the quest, which I did and completed it. I didn't want to take free credit.

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.

Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.

Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?

Any help would be appreciated.

I mentioned that I was aware other players were getting help from CSR-JohnW. I dont know if that helps, but at least it gives people a name. I'd imagine lots of the CSR's are reluctant to help someone with something like this because they might be helping people cheat or something... therefore getting them in trouble.

Also, make sure you're sending in a ticket, not a bug. Also, make sure the categories are I'm Stuck and then Performing An Action.

Good luck and feel free to mention SamuelD and JohnW as CSR References that did in fact help people with this issue.

Ya... Thats the categories I used once I saw the guy who got helped first from that other thread had said thats what he used. I deleted my pending ticket... filed a new one with those catagories.. and wrote..

" During my phase 4 Ranged Speed unlock quest, something strange happened. I was about to complete my quest by killing the very last Sith Pirate, and I had slain all the 50 Sith Outlaws. Right before I could locate my last pirate was the message " You have completed your task, ..etc". I knew this was wrong because I had 1 pirate left and had not fought any at all. I tried to talk to Captain Sarguillo and he acts as if I am not doing his quest, and Noldan wont train me. My Force quest journal shows it as not complete. I do not receive credit forPirate kills anymore so I assume its done, just bugged. Please help me earn the unlock I deserve.

...thats what I wrote. I went afk with an AFK message of " I am currently AFK. If you are a CSR responding to my ticket, please do what you can to correct my unlock issue for Ranged Speed." After 1 hour CSR-ChadR responded from the csr chat system. Luckily I returned to the computer about 2 minutes after he contaced me. He then came in-game and stood around for a bit, confirmed that i wanted ranged speed. I said yes and recived a message like.. "you unlock skill, Combat Prowess : Ranged Speed". My journal says its incomplete, and cap sarguillo wont talk to me but Noldan trained me
