how is it that the act 1, 2, 3 badges don't count as content but the freaking warren does? spend months on the acts and then what? just forget about them when it comes down to requirements for jedi?

/agree.
the Act's seem to me, to be the epitime of content.
certainly takes more effort than the warren, and its very much SW worldy.

Are there any alternatives to the 5 content badges. I have got Jabba's Themepark, Nym's Themepark, Rebel Themepark & the compassion badge.
and since I'm a rebel the imperial hero and imperial themepark are out of the question. Now my question is:
Is the only alternative to do the corvette (I still have nightmares since the last time)? or are there other ways to get the glow

Get the Imperial Hero Badge from the Warren. Its a pain in the arse but if u don't like the Vette then it is the way to go.
BTW that particular badge took me from Surging to Glowing. Ahhh what a feeling.

/agree ..... Imp Hero badge got me glowing also

Quick question- Do minor themeparks liek borvo Singing mountain clan and the like count as content?

No. Please read the sticky post at the top of this forum for the list of required badges. Other kontent badges where rumored to be included, but this was never konfirmed
Spelling words with a K is part of my role-play, and is done so on purpose and is not a spelling error.

the badges that are confirmed to count for content are: corvettes, reb themepark, imp themepark, nyms themepark, jabbas themepark, and the warren badges: imperial hero and compassion

Does anyone know if the new Kashyyyk badges count as content badges to become glowy?

the answer is yes. there was a post here a couple of days ago where a couple of people got glowy via a kashyyyk quest. I can't remember which one(s) work so you may want search for that post.
