uhhh....search??? lol of course i know how to use it. i scan the first page, if there is no listing then i ask. i cant be bothered scanning searches for the correct topic i need that gives the answers im looking for. plus, the search is down 70% of the time anyways...like right now.
why do you care? is it so hard to just answer the damn question for me?
no disrespect indeed......anyone who starts out asentence like that means total discrespect.
And I cant be bothered answering this question for the 99th time when a simple search will give you the answer you need.
PS.. enjoy the grind ahead ![]()

Wow, you are as ill-temered as you are lazy, aren't you? ![]()
I'm gonna go the middle way and b*tch about how horridly lazy you are AND give you the answer at the same time. That way you wont be able to yell at me for bothering to type this reply without bothering to tell you what you want to know. *high fives himself*
The old man is on a random timer that starts ticking the second you become glowie and will take between 0-72 hours to spawn, as you would've known if you were not tooblind, lazy, daft or all of the above to read one of the many many posts on the subject. *drumroll and cymbal crash*
There are alot of silly people that will tell you to go shuttle hopping, stand on one leg, run towards the middle of the map (Hello! You are scaring me now!) or log in and out. You can find all of these "tips" by using the search function. It is very simple to use and both apes and 2 year olds have been known to master it. *pa-pa-pa pam!*
Don't be surprised if he DOES spawn just after you log in. This is because the timer ran out while you were offline and the game had trouble spawning him on your PC while it was turned off. Some people will tell you there are other reasons for this, but they were to lazy to use the search function in school when they were supposed to learn about logic. *not sure who he insulted with that last one but hopes it was someone*
I can tell you that he will NOT spawn while you are in a static city. Also known as NPC citys. Player citys will work just fine. You are a very lazy person. Combat is rumoured to hinder the spawn but it's not confirmed. You were not too lazy to type this thread, but too lazy to make a search? Hello! I hope the information helps. *breaths and wonders if he went too fast at the end*
To sum up:
0-72 hours.
Dang you are lazy and mean tempered.
Not in NPC city.
Have fun and good luck.

i unlocked my force sensativity but the old man is not showing up. i have done what the guide recommended..and stayed out of cities......but he never has come......... how long does it take before he comes, and then before the shadows come?
If you read the guide like you claimed to do then u know it can take up to 3 days to spawn. I did the guide and he wouldn't spawn tonight at 3am exactly 2 days after i went fs he came .

ROFLMAO this has got to be the funniest reply I've read to a "Sticked" question in my life. I don't know why really could be it's 3:38AM here but any way you look at it, I nearly fell out of my chair.
and btw it's a timer set to go off somewhere between 0-72 hours and while you are waiting you might as well get as much XP as you can before they nerf XP in pub. 21

might not even make it that far with theXP gain / conversion nerfs that I'm hearing about.
Howcan I find information about these nerfs without using the search function or reading any of the multiplethreads on the subject?

They are changing combat exp to 30-1 and they are going to divide exp up in the group .
Here is my question. What if after you speak to the old man no new quests apear in your journal . I can't find it even though i've searched
Wont realy be a new quest untill the Sith Shadows show up, at which time you will instantly get the quest "don't get pwnd" or whatever it's name was and you'll hardly notice that one since you're not likely to stop and open your quest journal when they come charging for you.
