I've done four Holocron proffessions. After looking at the numbers you're referring to I can find no way to line them up with the proffessions I got. Just to let you know, my numbers read 4324712599. My Holocron proffessions and Holocrons used were: Dancer (Jedi), Pistoleer (Jedi), Ranger (Sith), Teras Kasi Master (Sith) In addition, I've mastered Marksman and Scout pre-Holocron and Artisan, Brawler and almost Medic after.

not one of you guys understand what i mean... just give me a week or two to master some more professions and if its true, ill explain it in further detail, if its bunk, then we can all just forget that i ever said it. BUT, i still think that this can hold true in some sort of way.

just curious, are u guys taking the number that represents the file name ie: "6155333880.inv" which is mine, or are u going into the file and using notepad to look into it, and seeing like probably about 30 different number combinations? There is only one number that match up with mine, and thats the 1322621538, which is the 2nd last combination in the list for me. Have you gone through every single number and looked for some kind of rythm. Because i doubt any of you did.

But anyways, i still need to test this theory so give me another week or so, and ill report my findings.

I imagine those numbers are simply char numbers that represent your char in the database. Like all numbers have a SN, so do players.

We could all help you test it IF you gave us a list of what the numbers mean!

ok here is what i think he means find these numbers and divide them up into set of 2 numbers such as mine was originally-1882125275. Then split them up 18 82 12 52 75. Start with artisan and count down. When a number is over 33, simply start over with artisan until you get to yours, so if this is correct i need to master

-doctor

-artisan

-chef

-teris kasi

-aritech,

(these are assuming i counted right)

i have only mastered 1 prof. (marksman) but i maybe i will get a holo and see if this works, or see if i master all of them if i become FS

Maybe not, in the long run, but no explanation, no mix of words or music or memories can touch that sense of knowing that you were there and alive in that corner of time and the world. Whatever it meant.

ok, in that file i already stated, its basically one long line, starting with ure login then a LONG list of number combinations. for example mine looks something like this "4312684313 3346452342 2355733455..." (not the actual numbers because im at work). Now i looked through this entire long list of combinations and something caught my eye "1322621538".

the reason why this number sticks out to me is because i so far have used 2 holocrons (both light ones) and the first one said master combat medic (which is 13 skills DOWN from artisan), then i used my 2nd one that said MASTER ENTERTAINER (which is 22 DOWN from that [so by that i mean u go down the rest of the list then back to artisan again then continue downwards again])

Now, so far the numbers match 13 and 22 match perfectly, this is either pure coincidence or a code placed in a file that no one is ever meant to understand.

My theory is that these number combinations that are present in this file are meant to determine which skills need to be trained to receive the FS. Holocron or one of the other devs stated that it had to do with ure login or something like that also.... there should be about the same amount of number combinations as there are servers in the list. So to conclude, my theory is that one a login and character is created on a server, that the Professions needed to retrieve the force slot are randomly picked from this LONG list of number combinations. Right now im half way through entertainer, and my theory says the the next three professions i need will be "artisan", then "musician", then "dancer" then my slot should open. now how i figured that out is the next number after 22 is "62", i went down the list and looped around to the top that many times and landed on artisan, then "15" skills down from that is "musician", then "38" skills down and back to the top from that is dancer.

To conclude, i will get masterentertainer, and then use another one.... like stated before, i will be using a sith holocron so im not sure which one it will give me, but if it comes up with one of those skills.... then i know im on to something.

i really think you are on to something if it is not this, it has to be on the client side i am sure, and probaly within this folder, because each charcter has the possibilty of unlocking it, and the flags are probaly checked client side, which makes alot more sense, then checking it server side,

oh yes, and i am not couting in politician into this, because this file was created before politician was an actual profession, so im going by 32 in the list. either im seriously mental, or ive lucked out on a major find... only time will tell.
