I am a new glowing person. I have been cashin in 300,000 Combat XP like most ppl to get me stacked on FS XP. But when I entered the City With Buffs applied, 4 14k HAM Sith Thugs Attack Me. At First It Didn't Matter as I am a 4/4/4/4 TKA and 4/0/0/0 Commando. So I attack them. I kill 2 and I don't know what happened to 3rd. Thne I finally cash in my XP.I then go to Capt to be informed I need to kill 50 of them! I Didn't want to do it then, Maybe get a auto heal bot or something but the old saying about if you leave something alon it will leave you alone,is a lie! lol 4 More attacked me and I firgured, So I hopped on my swoop and ran. then how nice of SWG to lag like hell and be get kicked of my sith (notcieing I hvae DSL and it's lagging is kinda odd). Before I know it, I have been slaim by a sith thug. Where is the fun in that? Anyone else having same problem?

Thugs = No credit for killing during Phase 4
Outlaws = Need to kill 50 for Phase 4
Pirates = Need to kill 25 for Phase 4
Also, try to avoid going to the village at off-peak times to turn in XP..you may find yourself in a rather sticky situation (or in your case, again).

Im as good as a master comando, its done ok for me so far but will i have a hard time this phase do you think or shall i grind my swordsman up a bit ?

I think the Phase 4 mission was well done, even if the thugs can 1-shot you. It was quite entertaining watching myself and others run from NPC's and, with the GCW aside, all the people no matter their faction worked together and in a mature fun manner. I think that was the most rewarding part of the whole deal. My hat is especially off to our Shadowfire doctors, combat medics, and medics for such a wonderful job saving our collective butts during the battles. Some of our medical types completed their missions but stuck around to support everyone and didnt charge for rebuffing or heals. That deserves a /Salute with deep resprect.
There are a few things I would like to see changed but overall, I think the phase is going well.
Changes that would be helpful:
- Make the thugs less accurate as 1-shot 1-kill is not very conducive to gameplay
- Make the turrets we spent all the time and resources building, actually do something other than blow up
- Make the players check-in to the captain for duty within the village to cause the system to adjust the spawn numbers within a particular wave. As a player checks in, the system will spawn more sith even if there is an active wave in progress. This will allow the casual gamer to partake and not get screwed out of their phase.
- Spawn less thugs and more pirates.
- Allow for some kind of reward for the Melee Defense mission

does ANYONE know how to type like a NORMAL HUMAN anymore?!?!?!
this is like the ump-teenth practically-unreadable post I've seen just TODAY!!!!!

Wasn't there a post that said only the first and last letters mattered in a word, and even if it was misplelled we could still read it by habit?
Example:
"I borhgut my seepredkibe to the gragae and piad an asrubd anoumt of meony to hvae it rpaeierd."
Damn, that took alot of effort to move the letters around!

Well maybe English isn't his/her first language. So it might be alittle harder for him to type it than it would say a person with English as thier first/only language.

Anyhoo back to the original question instead of bickering over how it was written...
As Aelric said, during phase 4 the village will be an active area in terms of sith and you may find yourself overrun if you go there at off peak times when not many people are there to defend. Especially if unbuffed
