I am currently a Master Smuggler, Master Pistoleer. I decided I wanted a melee weapon as another choice, just to make things different. I do not care about Defense Stacking, but I do care a little bit about PvP (not much mind you, or I would have a different template).

I plan to keep Novice Medic, so I was thinking about doing one of two things:
1)Going up two trees in Fencer
2)Going 0-2-3-2 (To get Melee Mitigation 2)

Any thoughts or suggestions? If I go 0-2-3-2 This will give me decent Accuracy and Speed to be able to use a weapon reasonably well, However, I can get two full lines and this may be more worthwhile.

personally, i would get TK since you already have unarmed 1-4 =/

-Eparei Master...er well lots of stuff and by the time i change this again i'll have probably gone through another ten professions without mastering them, so anywho oh well

I would go 0440. Speed, CoB, Body Hit 3.

Shadowtrooper: I would, but I don't really want to be yet another Smuggler/Gunfighter/TKA, and Unarmed just doesn't really appeal to me.

Ktzero: Thanks for the suggestion, but wouldn't the Accuracy from the fourth line be just as important as speed? I agree that being able to hit quickly is important, but if I do not actually land the hit what good will the speed do?

go tka.

it isnt worth the skill point cost vs the level of ability you will be at fencer.....

since you wont have to pick up another line in brawler you can put more points to tka....trust me when i say... TKA...you will not be sorry..you will thank me down the road i promise.
