I've looted a +5 speed attachment, and I'm curious what this is worth to a fencer. Is this something worth selling?

Once you hit blademaster, your speed is capped at 1 second for auto-attack. The only place this +5 speed might help is when you wanna do specials, even though I still do mine insanely fast without.

I looted a +9 speed one from a night sister it had some other stats. Does anyone know places where attachments drop?

a master fencer (without master brawler) dosnt do scatterhit2 every sec

dunno how much speed u need to do it tho ... got a +25 1h speed shirt so guess im covert

With no additional speed mods, at Master Fencer with a 3.5spd Gaffi,I swing every move once per second...Dunno how much worth a speed tape would be to a master.

It might be worth a lot to a Brawler though. Try advertising it there.
