Thread: Help out with the KB for new fencer's
SWG has had a searchable Knowledge Base (KB) forever... but nobody knows about it.
Please help us Correspondents, CSR staff and the devs help other players that may not know as much as you.

The CSRs have been updating the knowledgebase for all professions including [Doctor]. It can be accessed through
in game with the following steps:
Open your Holocron (CTL H with the default keymap)
Locate and click on the Customer Service button
You are now presented with the Knowledge Base. You can either search by question or by a specific KB entry ID (if you know one)
or through the following link:

Nobody uses the KB's in this day and age, why ask a computer for a pre-ditermined answer, posted by Devs/CSR's that already are (In game, not on these boards) USELESS in helping players with ingame, software, and/or hardware issues.
I, personally, would much rather post on a board, and "Hopefully" get intelligent replys relating to the issue I inquired about, not some word-bank search for "Spamist n00b 3lit3" or whatever I inquired on.
Ohh, and the fact that in my personal attempt(s) the KB has never worked. Im sorry, computers can not interact with human beings in the aspect of knowledge, because computers can not reason, its a fixed yes/no based on fixed hardpoints.
If you search for "Mastering Fencer" that can be broken down into alot of things, but "Master" then "Mastering" then "Fencer" then "Master Fencer" for starters, 4 completly different things, that probaly wont answer what your after in the first place. Why bother? Whynot just post on the boards, say what your after, and hope people have the answer your after and are willing to share it? Makes more sense to me, but far be it for my humble self to try to think, it seems forbidden in this age.
