Thread: Master Fencer/Ranger?

What do you all think of a master Fencer, Master Ranger Combo? I know a TKM can solo just about anything, But how about fencer? Or would heavy swords be a better support to Ranger?

Every beastthat a TKM can solo a MFencer can solo and a few more since a Fencer does stun damage. I was a Ranger for quite a while and it hurt to give up that tracking tree but honestly that was the only thing I found useful in that whole prof. It is pretty cool to be able to find creatures faster then anyone else. I dropped it along with CH.... I'll pick them up again if the combat revamp makes them useful again.

I just finished grinding out fencer and have not fully experienced all that it can do (I do plan on taking it to its limits though
) but honestly as a former TKA I feel that TKA is much better suited for soloing in the PVE enviroment.

Ranger has skills that compiment almost all combat builds. I personally would rather combine fencer with pike or sword for additional defenses though. Just my 2 cents.
