First i want to know if it is worth it to become a fencer? I was going to be a bounty hunter but there is so many now.If i do become a fencer can i be a duelist and dual in the ring? And how much do you get payed. Please tell me because i want to know if it is worth it because if it isnt im probobly gonna just become a bounty hunter.

I think it is, you could lots of damage with the hit2, and I would assume fencers would be the main part of the duels.

Heck yeah! I love our fast attack speed.. not to mention the lunge/dizzy combo is great. Plus, if you're a fencer then you'll be a fairly unique profession. I haven't seen many at all. If you're looking for a duelist then i think if you went fencer you'd be picking the right class. They're synonamous(sp?)

As to your comment about making money, on Bria an enterprising bar/club owner sponsors a weekly "fight night" where the best of the best can earn big money in one-on-one tournaments. Do a a search in the Bria posts for "fight night". BTW I love the lunge/dizzy combo as well. Fencing definitelyis astylish formof combat.

"Fight Club" or "Fight Night" sounds like a good idea. Maybe we should push our fencing community to start organizing fights. Perhaps we can petition the Dev's to make a fighting arena that players could setup like buildings but open air..then they could charge a cover for the fight. Otherwise we could use the way underutilized theaters for fights and have the fighters fight on stage.

they do have a fight night like your talking about in the vaclyn galaxy on tatooine located 2468,-4468 just outside of mos eisley opening wednesday. it looks really good and the arena is going to be cool. the guy's name isromani. The first fight is going to be at 7:00 est. But you have to sign up for a match 2 hours before the match itself. I'm going to be there and if your serever is vaclyn you should go too. And if you dont want to fight you can buy a ticket and watch the fights. So it is going to be cool.

Arenas are definatly good idea...

My thoughts on that :

1. No death blows in arenas.

2. Possibilty to gamble.

3. Maybe rounds system, somewhat like Mortal kombat

4. Annoucers.
