Is there any difference with spin attack 2 and blind 2? They both seem to just do the same thing.

I believe that spin attack 2 would do more damage and only has a chance of making multiple targets dizzy, as opposed to dizzy 2 which just makes multiple targets dizzy.

But not 100% sure on that, just from what I read.
