Supposedly, anything that doesn't say One-Handed Weapon ____ works no matter what you're doing.

do the bounses from all the fencing lines such as ranged defense and posture change defense work only when holding a 1 handed weapon or do they work all the time wether your using a melee weapon or say a rifle ?
