Would just like to share some information on the areas i have been hunting and have found to be Decent exp.

Spent Majority of my time on Tat, Where i would solo blue to even con enemys. Got sick of Tat, and moved to Coriella.

Coriella ... Right off of Kor Vella there is a Follower Cave, at Master one hand Swordsman you can solo all the way to the Leader room, But i do not recommend doing anything beyond.

Some mobs that i've found to be Great exp at low costs. Vynocks, Good exp and can mass farm them. Dis Vrelts , Great Exp, considering you can run threw them so easily, good way to Bump Hunting exp as well. Rogue Bagerghasts, Awesome Exp with hardly any downtime. With the right Stim b's .

Once you hit Novice Fencer, Do grassland Slice hounds, Humba's ( Yes they are Red, but easy to solo, and only drop me to Half.)

Scyks, on Tat are also good exp. Zucca Boars Are good exp considering they are one hit kills, using bodyhit2.

Despite the ramble that i've made so far on the limited information on Hunting Grounds, if their is any Good spot any of you fellow Fencers can supply, I'd love to hear them. This game tends to be a Solo one so far, Atleast on Tempest.

Also Best tactics i've seen so far, The Lunge/Dizzy one is nice.. Tried it on a Few humanoid Red cons... But the ones i did use it on offered low exp, not Consistant enough for the effort i put forth. Slash spin, Imop, the best style i have. Get about 6 Blue con, agrro mobs on you and two slash spins destroy them.

Don't use armor, Can't tell you how much money i've wasted on it. When composite is avaliable on temptest i'll buy a set but atm the armor i can buy isn't worth wearing.

A mob I enjoy killign for exp is the Greater Shaupaut and Shaupaut Hunter.

Once you have at least Mastered the Footwork branch (you might be able to do these at Expert Footwork if you have the ability to heal yourself durignt he fight) you can take these both down with no trouble.

At Master Footwork I was able to take down two Greater Shaupaut's at a time, at about 1300xp each (IIRC... been awhile), and still have 1/3rd of my health left (solo, no heals); or one Shaupaut Hunter at a time, at about 2200xp each, and still have about 1/4 of my health left (solo, no heals).

Both are aggressive, but neither assist, nor are they killers. At least they never did on me... but who knows what goes into every new patch. YMMV. They can be found as singles roaming around, as well as around nests. Shout a big "ya-hoo" if you find a nest. Greater's nests give about 1200xp after you have milked it, and Hunter nests about 3000.

I don't know what your available weapons are, so I can't say these won't be harder or easier for you. For the Hunters Ilead right off with a Blind1 using a ultra-low-ham custom dagger (3/7/3 ham) to reduce their chances of hitting me (really helps). I immediatelyswitch tomy high-damage-Ryyk and perform a Health2 first, and follow up with aHealth1 to begin some nasty bleeding. Then I grab a high-damage vibroblade (well...high for a VB anyways, but still reasonable ham)and quickly spam 3 BodyHit2's. To conclude the dance, I slip in a singleIntimidate (nice if it works, not horrible if it doesn't... not worth wasting time or ham on second try), hit a macro to instantly don my armor (just chest, legs, and arms), and let my natural hitsfinish them off using a custom curved sword.

A single nest of Hunters takes me about 20-30 minutes to finish off, and nets around 30-40k 1hand xp, 3-4k combat xp, about 500 bristley hides, and whatever thing from searching the lair.

If you haven't Mastered Footwork, then something I woud suggest would be Gualama herds. These horse-like creatures give from 500 - 1400 xp depending on the type of Gualama (Gualama - Elder). Mavericks are aggressive, and Dappled will defend any other Gualama attacked nearby. So take those out first and the rest are easy pickings. They also have the easily marketable wooly hides... around 30 each, and the nest gives from 1000-2000 xp. None of these are killers, and their only special is a Stun.

Hope this helps.
