Is this worth anything since the CU? I know before fencers were speed capped with master brawler. Thanks for any info.

Huh? What ever gave you that idea? Once you get to about 120 speed, you get into really diminishing returns, but the mods themselves arent broken.

Huh? What ever gave you that idea? Once you get to about 120 speed, you get into really diminishing returns, but the mods themselves arent broken.
You sure, maybe I missed a fix for them, but many CA/AA mods were broken with the CU, maybe I am think of 1 handed dmg but one group of combat mods were all broken except for unarmed. There was a thread about it somewhere
