Is this worth buying, meaning does it work or is it broken like other mods?

That depends, i'm not sure exactly how the +DMG attachments actually work. Do they only give you the stated extra damage to your max and min on your weapon? Are they a multiplier of some sort?

If all it does is gives you +8 to min/max damage, i wouldn't bother. A good powerup can give you 10x that and likely cost 100x less.

Just my pennies worth.
