Fencer Archive

I'm thinking of a new template, and have a few sp left over. I've narrowed it down sothat i either want to put them in 0004 doc or 0400 fencer. Because the only flaw in my temp is those nasty kiters, ive decided to either slow em down with cripple, or hit em faster with higher action regen with the enhancements in the last line of doc. If i could get some advice on the effectiveness of cripple or some general advice, id very much appreciate it.
