(Possibly wrong). I think they are Necrosis drops. There's one for each profession.

Pestilence is looted off a elite uwari beatle in the upper part of the Myyydril caverns called "Deathswarm". He is not that hard and drops pestilence once and from then on normal uwari bodyparts and loot

so there is only one pestilence per server?? wow, that good?

I found it.. it's a drop from the giant wookiee on Avatar. Something like.. 435-835 damage, 2.5 speed, looks like a one-handed curved sword.. rather weak for an Avatar drop.. just take half an hour and get a Blade of Nyenthi'Oris, lol.

lol no, once per person. If you looted one before the next time you kill DeathSwarm you geta bosy part, however next time Seathswarm spawns (matter of minutes) and your friend who has never looted Pestilence before will loot it

it is not very good either, lv 30 if I recall correctly.

Is this really a good weapon?

It's a curved sword w/ a different name basicly
