For PVP there is really no reason to master doc and will be better of with 4000 for heals (which arnt that much less then master doc) or 4004 so you can also buff yourself if you have no one else to do it for you. the only thing gained from master doc is the ability to REZ but they made an arm for that so yea... no reason to master doc anymore. better to put those points somewhere else.

im master fencer, TKM, doc 4000. I do pretty welll against most ppl, onlt really have trouble with fighting Mdef/MLS jedi.

yeah master Doc isn't nessasary, at least not in the curretn state 4000 healing is almost just as effective (something like 100-200 points difference) The real question is whether you stick with doc 4004 or get that dbl mastery. I went for TKM instead but it was more for the Inate armor and RP stuff, the buffs are really nice to have.
