As far as this guy knows... all speeds cap at 100, they are a percentage reduction. All accuracies never cap, go wild.

Accuracy never caps. Speed is capped at master atleaast it seems like it i swing a stun baton as quick or if not quicker than i punch with a vk.

With most fencer weapons you'll hit the 1 second speed cap at Master (90 speed).

without master brawler its 100% - 90% from the speed mod, then you swing at 10% of the weapon speed, lets say the speed is 3, you swing at 3x0.1 = 0.3 speed, multiply this with the time modefier of the special and you'll find if you cap or not

I took a look and the slowest special takes up 2.5x time, so if your weapon is below 4.0 speed (and it probably is) you will cap at speed with all specials.
