So far I'm master fencer and master tka. I'm making my char purely for pvp so what else should I get? pistoleer looks the best to me but I figured I might as well ask here first before I get it. thanks..

Master Tk/ Master Fencer/ 4/0/4/4 Pistoleer might be cool if you are going for stacking Dodge, but it will leave you somewhat inneffective with a pistol since you are not a master and without Ranged Mitigation 3.
A good PvP Template is usually one mastered melee and one mastered ranged profession.
A good, very common Example of this is:
Master Fencer
Master Rifleman

if you want to keep master fencer and tk then you may want to consider master brawler as well....lunge 2 is pretty useful...if you go that way then ya could also pick up the exploration line of scout if ya like, makes it a tad easier to chase down those ranged profs
