Fencer Archive

I'm currently climbing the BH tree and I'm looking for another profession to help with close combat and PvP when I get to MBH, as some missions will be against Jedi of any ranking and I beleive they laugh in the face of ranged combat??

Would you recommend Fencer as the profession of choice to back up MBH?
