In PvP you should spend the money on a DXR-6B. The high accuracy makes it easier to hit defense stackers and lay a stun state which will make them even easier to hit. Stay away from the laser rifle and T21 since their accuracy suxxors and anyone with ranged mitigation makes you hit for the lower value of your laser rifle. Jawa is great but since every server has had great vertex and crism spawns the number of stun layered helmets has also increased. Its rare that anyone is going to have an acid layered helmet and the dxr is medium AP so you still get the damage bonus of the laser rifle. Oh and by snowcake or at least crispic to augment you accuracy which when fighting a defense stacker will make a big difference.

PvE- As a fencer it takes a little longer but you can solo most of the nighsister types. Just try and single pull them as several hitting you can eat up your HAM's even with 80% kinetic. Elders and the rest that are 100% kinetic are usually only 30% to energy and something else so then you whip out your T21 and conceal shot them to death. You've got the best of both world.

p.s.- some of their pet rancors are vulnerable to cold so dust off that SG82.
