You're only a novice, how can you expect to have uber power at your level.......buy a speed slice rykk or curved sword and get to footwork4....then use damage sliced stuff. If you want big number hits, then maybe you should move to another prof.....fencers will never hit as hard as some other professions, but we hit faster and are harder to hit. Give it time,be patient

Im a Novice Fencer Now and im disapointed about the Damage i do.I bought a Gaffi Stick Sliced 152/300 3.5,a ryk Blade 72-173 2.5 and a Stun Baton 103-152 2.5.

With gaffi stick and 1handhit2 i hit for 900-1000,with other 2 700-800.With 1handBodyhit1 only 300-400 dmg.Do i need one of these horrible expensive Acklay Batons or just better skills??

You need to used speed sliced weapons until your speed mod goes up and youcan effectively use the weapons you have. It'll help a lot. Get a gaffi sliced down to around2.4 speed or even a curved sword somewhere around 1.5 speed. The extra swings you take will make up for the lack of a dammage slice at this point, and it's good to get a few extra shots in there especially when your accuracy isnt very high yet.

Fencers dont hit hard, but we do hit a lot without even skill tapes so it's all good.....

Fencers are known for being fast, and hard to hit. That is it. We have a (relatively) high DPS, but that isn't really visible until at least Footwork IV.
