A helicopter pilot and his passenger are cruising into San Diego airspace during a morning flight. Suddenly, the helicopter experienced an electrical malfunctionwhich shorted out all thegauges and navigational equipment. Coupled with the malfunction, there was a fog bank in the surroundingarea which made it impossible for the helicopter pilot to visually fly the aircraft to a landing pad.
Distressed, the passenger asks "What are we going to do??"
The pilot responds, "We'll have to try and find a landmark"
Afterflying a few more minutes and knowing their fuel must be getting low, the pilot amazingly sees a highrise building through the fog bank.
He carefully maneuvers the helicopter next to the building, which catches the attention of a worker inside.
Knowing they are short on time, the pilot asks the passenger towrite on apiece of paper to communicate to the worker "Where are we?"
The worker grabs a piece of paper and writes back "IN A HELICOPTER!"
The pilot immediately looks at his chart, banks the helicopter hard right, straightens out for a minute,and sets the chopper down perfectly ona helicopter pad.
Somewhat dazed, the passenger says "wow, how did you know ourprecise location just from reading that sign?"
"Well," The pilot says, "I knew from the worker's response I had to be atthe SOE Customer Support building, because he gave me a technically correct but completely useless answer"

Haha!!!!!! That's the funniest thing I've ever read. Well.. not quite, but still VERY entertaining!!
