Officially: I wouldn't bet on it.
Unofficially: That's the funniest thing I've seen on the forum since the EP4 turned Beta Dev Scenes.

Ive heard that if you submit a ticket saying you have a baton with higher min then max, they will fix the max dmg on the weapon, giving you an even better baton.
For example you have a 250-200 dmg baton, CSR "fixes" it and its now 250-400 dmg.

It is a joke.
If you have a baton in which the min damage is actually higher then the max, or equal too, the CSR will simply delete it from your inventory. No notice, no repayment. Its an illegal item, and if you think they won't catch you, well...if you never use it, they probably never will. But, whats the point in having it then. If you do use it, repeated damage at the same combat value, ie: exactly what a bugged baton would do, is red flagged. Its happened on Starsider alot, you pvp with it, game over.
If you have a Acklay Bone, which will make a baton with higher min then max, contact a CSR, they will switch the damages for you. For instance, if you have a 200min/85max bone, they'll flip it to a 85min/200max bone.

i thought it was a joke lol, didnt see a smiley face or anything so i thought, well maybe.. lol. I had one i tryed to make with the reversed bones, but it was such a slight difference in the bone before crafting i thoughti would just have a tighter range, unfortunely it came out to be a few points higher min., probably gonna delete it or maybe ask for a fix and keep it at a friends house or something until they have the ability to fix them
