Excuse me if this has been discussed, but I haven't been around in a while. Have we heard anything? or do you figure I should let go of my hopes for it?

I cannot comment on the status of what might be used to memorialize Raphayl in game.
There are a couple different ideas that I have heard from the Dev team, some better than others, but none I have been given the go ahead to discuss.
You can rest assured that it is the very top of my Non Combat Revamp related list.

I mentioned this on another thread, but I'll ask it here, too. Ignore this if I've been answered elsewhere. Is there anywhere we can go to see the different ideas the Devs have, or is such information closed to us?

most of the stuff (from what i hear) is closed to us until they decide on something final... ie. most of the combat revamp stuff
