Other pieces help but if ut total buffed with brandy it wont matter encumbrace i recomnd wearin it all and a psg

ok ive had a look at some of thr early posts but didnt really find anything
im a human and im looking for the best ham stats
im always buffed and always wear a full set of comp right now ive plowed it all into Mind Focus and Willpower (1000 on each) and everything else is at the minimum can anyone tell me if this a good setup or suggest something else
(btw im usually pvp but would like it to go well into pve as well)

That is the best HAM setup that you have, keep it. What i do in PvP is wear composite gloves, helm, chest, and boots. With BE'd pants with 4 melee D and 17 defense vs stun. The 4 pieces of composite saves you money and the encumberance isnt as bad.

Drop all stats and pump up all your mind stats. You really won't be playing the game with out buffs anyways.
even with out buffs i'd say put as much into mind as you feel comfortable with as most of our specials eat up that pool anyways... and as i like to say "make us go insane"
