Im going m pistol, smug dirty fighting 4. While I know dodge caps at 125, I cant decide whether to go tkm or master fencer? any others with the same decision?

while I havent personally done it, a guildie of mine is MPistol the dirty fightin line all 4 boxes (forget which it is) with a lil fencer and Tk, and he rocked up on people 
I only recently conned...er got someone else to become mayor my town, so suddenly i have SP to use lol, so I might try this out

Do both:
Master Pistoleer, Master Fencer, TKA 4004, Smuggler 0030 or TKA 4003, Smuggler 0040
I did both and found it very fun (the fencer and pistoleer work very nicely together to give you some great defenses). Pick up TKA 4300 if you want more state defenses.
